An inspection from Lighthouse Sewer includes the following:
- a high resolution download of your side sewer inspection video
- your recorded inspection posted to our youtube channel (LighthouseSewer) greatly simplifying the process of making the data available to realtors, contractors, etc.
- a written report listing your sewer's materials, transitions, distances, tie-ins, and fitness
- the location and depth - if possible - of breaks or other issues needing repair
- a copy of your sewer card - if available - showing a map of your side sewer

*Yes, sewer inspections can be found for as low as $50. Here's the difference. State of the art equipment run by unbiased operators do not allow for such a price-point. This means your fifty buys one of two things: bias or errors.
As for the former, the only inspectors with quality equipment who offer sewer scopes for next to nothing are those who work for sewer repair companies. Often these inspectors receive a percentage of whatever repair work they secure. Needless to say, they are not in the "Wow, your sewer line looks great!" business. They can't afford to be. Nor are they likely to give you a copy of their inspection video to shop around for other bids or keep for your records.
As for the errors part, top notch cameras cost ten times what cheapies do. And because they self-level the picture is always rightside up. (Sounds knit picky, but interpreting a low-res moving image shot from inside an up-is-down, left-is-right, partially flooded tube is a recipe for missing crucial information.)
